Module #0 Contents
Welcome/Introduction and the Purpose of the Oral Interview and How to Best Utilize the Program.
Module #1 Contents
(Part 1) I show and teach you the intra-personal skills (knowing yourself and who you are) you will need to answer ANY questions about you. You'll also learn why you're being asked the most common oral interview questions as well as interjecting your personal experiences into each answer, so the panel sees that you "get it." You'll learn how to confidently have a conversation with the panel without sounding canned or rehearsed and you will also learn how to overcome a past mistake and turn it into a positive.
Module #2 Contents
(Part 2) I continue to show you the correct way to answer many more interview questions about you and build on your intra-personal skills in an in-depth manner including being able to discuss "What Would Your Supervisor or Co-Workers Say About You?" "Discuss A Significant Failure in Your Life." "Why You Should Be The Number #1 Candidate," as well as how to give a killer "Closing Statement," that leaves the panel with a great last impression, and much more. I also discuss "The Likeability Factor," so the panel sees the "Best You."

(Situational Questions Workshop Part 2) In this module, I continue to deconstruct situational questions for you, so you not only understand why you're being asked the questions, but how to answer ANY situational question, even if you're backed into a corner. I cover questions about your Captain ordering you to violate policy, dealing with an irate homeowner, falsifying an EMS report, dealing with your partner going down when rescuing a civilian, witnessing a violation of department policy, and finally oral interview do's and don'ts. Plus, there is so much more!
